Signing up is simple! Visit our signup page and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Company email address
  • A strong password
  • Company name, city, and country

After registration, check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

You can train your chatbot in two ways:

  • Website Scanning: Enter your website URL in the dashboard. We'll automatically crawl your site and discover pages to train the chatbot.
  • Document Upload: Upload PDF, DOCX, or TXT files directly to the dashboard. These documents will be processed and added to the chatbot's knowledge base.
  • Manual URL Entry: Add specific URLs manually if you want to include pages from different sources.

When you scan your website:

  1. We discover your sitemap or crawl your website directly
  2. We find all accessible pages on your site
  3. You can review and select which pages to include
  4. Selected pages are processed and added to the knowledge base

This typically takes a few minutes depending on the number of pages.

We support the following file formats:

  • PDF - Adobe Acrobat documents
  • DOCX - Microsoft Word documents
  • TXT - Plain text files

Each file can be up to 50MB in size.

Once your chatbot is trained, go to the "Embed Code" section in your dashboard. Copy the provided code snippet and paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag.

The widget works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and any custom-coded website.

Most users can set up their chatbot in about 3 minutes:

  1. Connect: Link your website URL (30 seconds)
  2. Teach: Upload PDFs, Docs, or let us scan your site (1-2 minutes)
  3. Deploy: Copy and paste the embed code to your webpage (30 seconds)

Content processing may take a few additional minutes depending on the amount of data.

Account & Security

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for the reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours.

Email verification ensures that only authorized members of your organization can access and manage the chatbot. This maintains security and prevents unauthorized access to your company's data and settings.

Currently, company information is set during signup. If you need to update your company details, please contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, we take data security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Your documents are processed and stored securely
  • Each company's data is isolated and cannot be accessed by others

Yes, you can request account deletion at any time. Contact our support team, and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your chatbot knowledge base and configuration.

Using the Chatbot

The chatbot will respond that it doesn't have the answer in its knowledge base, rather than making something up. This ensures your customers always receive accurate information. You can always add more content to improve the chatbot's responses.

Yes! You can provide a "Base Prompt" or "System Prompt" to give the chatbot a name, personality, and specific instructions on how to interact with your users. This helps maintain your brand voice and provides tailored responses.

Yes! The embed code works on unlimited websites. However, the chatbot will only respond using the content from the domain you whitelisted in your settings. This ensures proper access control and security.

In your dashboard, you can:

  • View all uploaded documents and URLs
  • Add new content via upload, scan, or manual entry
  • Remove outdated or irrelevant content
  • Re-scan your website to update with new content

Regularly updating your content ensures the chatbot provides accurate, up-to-date information.

You can view chat logs in your dashboard to understand what your customers are asking. This helps you identify common questions and improve your knowledge base based on real interactions.

Yes! You can customize:

  • Chatbot name and avatar

API & Integration

The API key authenticates your widget when embedded on your website. It's included automatically in the embed code we provide. Keep your API key confidential - if compromised, you can regenerate a new one from your dashboard.

In your dashboard, go to the "Embed Code" section and click "Generate New API Key". Note: Rotating your API key will break your current widget until you update the code on your website with the new embed code.

Yes, our API allows custom integrations. The embed code uses our API endpoint to communicate with the chatbot. For advanced usage or custom integrations, please refer to our API documentation or contact support.

Troubleshooting

Large websites with many pages take longer to scan. If it's taking longer than expected:

  • Be patient - scans can take 5-30 minutes for large sites
  • Try scanning during off-peak hours
  • Consider manually adding specific URLs instead
  • Check your dashboard for any error messages

If file uploads aren't working:

  • Check that your file is in PDF, DOCX, or TXT format
  • Ensure the file is under 50MB
  • Try a different browser or clear your cache
  • Check your internet connection

If the chat widget isn't visible:

  • Verify the embed code is pasted before the closing </body> tag
  • Check that your domain matches what's in your dashboard
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled on your website
  • Check for any JavaScript errors in your browser console
  • Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing

This error occurs when your website domain isn't authorized. To fix:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Enter your website URL in the "Connect your website" section
  3. Click "Scan Website" to save your domain
  4. Update the embed code on your website with the new settings
